In fact, he also dedicated part of his life to teaching around his passion. Cosmopolitan, he traveled through England and the United States which would greatly nurture his work. He addressed genres such as symphony, chamber, opera, ballet and instrumental, among others. The romantic author had a privileged technique, which earned him to be seen as one of the best in the world. He married Antonina Miliukov who was his student, but the relationship did not prosper. Various biographers speak of the possible repercussion at an expressive level that his homosexuality must have caused. Since approximately 5 thousand letters of the artist are preserved in which he talks about his public and private life. Lucubrations come and go, the truth is that his music was intimate, personal and melancholic. And its acceptance before the public is unanimous. The genius died on November 6, 1893, even today he is remembered and above all, he is listened to.
