Company Zaha Hadid Architects has joined the delegation representing the Ukrainian city of Odesa at the 171st General Assembly of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) in Paris to present the ODESA EXPO 2030 bid.
The renowned architecture firm proposes a master plan focused on the . because all four pavilions can be dismantled at the end of the exhibition and reused throughout Ukraine as new municipal buildings.
Therefore, the imposing proposal addresses a challenge shared by all exhibitions that want to carry out large public events, in addition to creating an exhibition futuristic (and sustainable) where nothing goes to waste.
According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, with this project what they are looking for is that when visitors arrive in Odesa in 2030 they can really appreciate the multiculturalism of the city, in addition to its ancient connections throughout the world. world.

The project proposed by Zaha Hadid Architects seeks to share the power and culture not only of a country and a city, but the potential of the entire humanity.
ODESA EXPO 2030 was designed with his legacy in mind. The master plan centers on a group of four central pavilions that can be dismantled and reinstalled as new buildings anywhere in Ukraine.
After the event, the large pavilions can be used to create 80,000 square meters of flexible exhibition halls for trade shows and events.

What is striking (and quite a bit) is that the structures can be completely removed so that the entire site can return to nature, with restored wetlands integrated into this new coastal eco-park near the city center.
It should be noted that the exhibition will offer participating nations the opportunity to assemble their pavilions from a construction kit with a flexible modular system.
Nations will be provided with different options and encouraged to use practical, creative and friendly principles that will allow them to individually reinterpret the overall theme of ODESA EXPO 2030 through their unique cultural expression, which is just great.
