What Design Can Do Mexico GNP 2022 return to Mexico City with many surprises under his arm: he announces a new festival at the Colegio de San Ildefonso, the opening of the call for his new Challenge ¡Hazlo Circular!, and the exhibition Make it Circular! at the Franz Mayer Museum.

As part of the festival, an exhibition is presented at the Museo Franz Mayer, made up of Materialis, Pieces of Home and Make it Circular! that can be visited of October 11 to November 13, 2022.

In order to contribute to the fight against the climate emergency, What Design Can Do, in association with the IKEA Foundation, presents its fourth ¡Hazlo Circular! Challenge, an invitation to designers, creative entrepreneurs and design startups from around the world to present ideas and innovations that help rethink our way of life: using the power of design we can make a circular future be more accessible to all.

El Challenge “Circulate it!” provides in-depth design presentations with original research on circularity and highlights opportunities for designers and entrepreneurs alike to come up with creative solutions to the climate emergency.

The return to CDMX

 

What Design Can Do GNP 2022, in collaboration with the Ikea Foundation, the Ministry of Culture of Mexico City, the embassy of the Netherlands in Mexico, Nestlé and other allies, presents a festival where they will talk about what circular design can do to achieve a fairer and cleaner society.

East October 27 and 28 at the Colegio de San Ildefonsor you can enjoy a series of dynamic talks, workshops, round tables and other activities that will bring visitors closer to circular design in the company of members of the creative community such as José de la O, Tania Campos, Jan Heinvirta de Perfekto, Gerardo Gutiérrez of Sustainable Concrete, Edith Medina, Cynthia Gómez from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Adrián Velasco, from the Universidad del Medio Ambiente, among other specialists, who will share their experience on everything that is possible to do with circularity in the Colegio de San Ildefonso.
