El designer Emanuele Magini created a Beautifull chair for the Italian brand Company Campeggi, which is inspired by the artist's work Anish Kapoor.

Called Anish, the chair features circular stretch fabric held together by a metal base and polyester seat.

According to the designer himself, who currently resides in Milan, this chair is the perfect synthesis between sign and function.

Emanuele Magini was inspired to create the seat after attending a lecture by British sculptor Anish Kapoor on his concept of the non-object.

The Italian wanted his creation to emulate that concept by creating a chair that didn't immediately look like a chair.

To achieve this, he decided to stretch a circular sheet of elastic fabric azul against a metal frame to create the illusion that there was no chair.

Behind, a semi-circular padded seat in the same shade of blue is connected to the fabric façade. Only when an individual attempts to sit down does the fabric stretch to reveal the chair.

The golden structure of the Anish chair curves around the back of the structure in the shape of a semicircle and forms a circular support at its base.

With the Anish chair what Emanuele Magini created was an object that really provokes a reaction from users, thus becoming an invaluable piece.
