Original Unverpackt is the new concept of supermarket concept zero waste. This property is located in Germany and looking for consumers to use reusable containers. The idea was carried out by German Sara Wolf and Milena Glimbovski, who did not approve of excess waste from supermarkets in their country. Thus, they launched a campaign on the site Crowdfunding Startnext to collect donations and to carry out the idea.
The idea of a zero waste supermarket exceeded all expectations, and Sara Wolf and Milena Glimbovski doubled their goal of 45,000 euros. Thus, they opened the doors of the supermarket zero waste Original Unverpackt, their first store in Berlin; soon they will open their second store. The project operates asking shoppers to bring their own containers to fill them in bulk. Also has a power station for filling beverages. Nutritional information of the product is observed in a card without advertising. Therefore, they expect that intelligent buyers choose the products.
The supermarket zero waste design is minimalist, and has a modern and artistic image. But there is still the best: the food offered is of the highest quality, yet only some are organic. It is noteworthy that all products are available locally and are offered at the lowest price.
