Ten years ago, the designer Matthew Hoffman decided to print one hundred stamps with the phrase “You are Beautiful”, which were distributed between friends and colleagues, who found that the phrases was sticky, contagious and inspirational. It was when started the requests, people tried to have one like this, Hoffman started to sell them in small lots in his page You-Are-Beautiful.com. The demand started to increase, and short after he had printed more than 500,000 of them. It was when started to be created installations with the phrase, and now they celebrate ten years of the begining of this movement. To celebrate the aniversary they launched a book in Kickstarter with all the details about the evolution of the phrase.
