“Enclosed content chatting away in the color invisibility” is the name of this installation by artist Anouk Kruithof. Anouk Kruithof is a photographer from the Netherlands. He has published six books including “Playing Borders” (Revolver, 2009), “Becoming Blue” (Revolver, 2009), “The Daily Exhaustion” (Kodoji Press, 2010), “Happy Birthday to You” (Self-published, 2011) and “A head with wings” (Little Brown Mushroom, 2011). In 2012 he won the International Center of Photography Infinity Award and in 2011 won the Grand Jury Prize as well as the School of Visual Arts Global Photo Award at the Festival International de Mode et de Photographie à Hyères, France. Since 2008 Anouk Kruithof has collected 3500 different colored books to develop this installation where a large stack of books accommodated but artistic uniformly generating a visual fall very rich and colorful. Colors and sizes of the books determine the pace of the fall of the wall literature. Kruithof documented the life of the installation in a video, which we share.
