WES ANDERSON: “THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL”

Film director Wes Anderson plans his new film The Grand Budapest Hotel, which will be launched on March 17, 2014 in the U.S. Undoubtedly, film after film, Anderson has become a favorite of all time. In this new movie, the famed director has a recurring cast, which include the talents Ralph Fiennes, Edward Norton, Owen Wilson, Tilda Swinton, Jude Law, Bill Murray, Adrien Brody, Harvey Keitel, Jason Schwartzman, Willem Dafoe, Jeff Goldblum, Saoirse Ronan, Mathieu Amalric and others. The Grand Budapest Hotel tells a parallel story developed in the 30s and 60s, about a concierge in a European hotel and his friendship with an employee, who becomes his protege trusted. The story involves the theft and recovery of a very prized Renaissance painting of the battle by a large family fortune and war events that transformed Europe in the first half of the 20th-Century. The story also includes a murder disrupts routines between concierge and guests of the Grand Budapest Hotel. According to Wes Anderson, his main inspirations to develop this new project have been great films as Love Me Tonight by Rouben Mamoulian, To Be or Not to Be and Shop Around the Corner, by Ernst Lubitsch, and cinema by Billy Wilder.
