Parking at the Palace of Arts of Montreal – base of the symphony orchestra of the city –, ceased to be a dark and dreary space to become an original event room. The Urbain Salon, designed by Sid Lee Architecture, is a cozy place to gather before or after a show, visit an art or listening to a lecture. The beauty of this forum is its undulating red structure that vibrates with the environment focused on the fine arts, to sound waves that are generated by the music, and awakens the senses of visitors. The aim of the Urbain Salon is keeping alive the magical feeling of attending a concert. The bar is another visual appeal, whose design is inspired by the shape of a sound wave.
