Conrad is known as one of the most influential in the world of fashion not only by her reputation, but also for her ability to attract readers, and create the greatest amount of web traffic to the pages of the advertisers on her site. At 26, this entrepreneur already had a clothing line, several published books and a blog with millions of weekly visits.

The heiress of the Guinness fortune (yes, the beers), has become muse of some designers like Karl Lagerfeld and Tom Ford. Hercloset has been exhibited in museums around the world. Among her many ventures, she collaborated on a collection for MAC cosmetics.

In addition to herrecognized participation as a judge on the television show Project Runway, Nina Garcia has been a critical eye as fashion director of publications such as Elle and Marie Claire. At first, she worked at Perry Ellis when Marc Jacobs was the designer  of the brand.

Since the death of Alexander McQueen, Sarah Burton, the right hand of the designer, has managed to deal with the pressure to push through collections, whose quality expectations are higher. Burton has managed to print her personal stamp on McQueen winning numerous awards and preference of celebrities.

In 2008, Herrera won the Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award from the CFDA. Colombian designer has created an empire of haute couture and accessories with elegant and classic style. Herrera is undoubtedly one of the few Latin American women to achieve this level of success.
