Minimalist artist is responsible for reducing and simplifying forms content, not without special attention to the creation of a solid structure. With the transformation of the metal, the acclaimed designer Maria Pergay has been commissioned to execute furniture with a perfect record. Her first collection of pieces made of stainless steel was exhibited at Galerie Maison Jardin in 1968. From there the artist delineated a characteristic style present throughout her work. In the 70s Pergay settled in Saudi Arabia, where she was hired for the interior design of the royal family. Later it was Russia which stayed her designs, always bearing steel as the protagonist of her imagination. She has presented her work in Paris, Korea and London. With 83 years old, this designer continues to impact the world with her spectacular designs.
