From childhood (1991) Steve Winter, worked as a reporter for the U.S. magazine National Geographic. He dreamed of traveling the world taking pictures and this dream became reality. Winter grew up in Indiana, U.S. when he was 7, received his first camera from his father, who taught him the fundamentals of the art of photography. Steve Winter has always been dedicated and continues to photograph wildlife worldwide, accompanied by team of scientists, considered the difficulty to immortalize, in certain situations, animals such as lions, leopards or bears. Winter’s passion that became his daily dedication represents a danger to his life: his job involves a strong contact with places and wild and completely rough animals to humans. However this has never made Winter away from his work or put less effort into the realization of his photographs.
