The architectural firm Bernard Bühler, is located in the south of France since 1984. Its architectural projects are distinguished by their functionality, originality, sustainable design and use of color. For the building called Seguin were built twenty-nine departments at a cost of nearly 3.5 million euros, located in Boulogne-Billancourt, outside Paris. The building was finished in 2012 and earned the honorable mention “World Color Awards”. The construction has two sides: an exterior facade and another more intimate, where the balconies and green spaces are also arranged so that in winter the sun keeps them warm. Its balconies are higher than usual in order to maintain the privacy of the tenants.
