Samantha Everton is native of the Australian city of Emerald, but now, she also resides in Melbourne. The aesthetics built by Everton in her photographs evokes the atmosphere of the 50s, which recreates dramatic scenarios that are intended to be in the middle of a story. The Marionettes series, the characters are presented in attitudes and postures that suggest melancholy and loneliness by bodies dislocated or suspended in the air.
