The Colonia Roma in Mexico City, features to have some of the most chic , bohemian and creative restaurants in town. Therefore, it is no surprise to find the restaurant Puebla 109. The Art Nouveau façade and ” Frenchified” hides as contemporary interior design of the place. The Mediterranean-style food is remarkable: a fresh and original kitchen without being pretentious. The chef Eduardo Garcia, who worked with Enrique Olvera of Pujol for 3 years, told us that the restaurant’s menu is inspired by the place. Eduardo , whose career began at age 15, tells us that he believes that the best food is that which is simple but well prepared. For him, the most important thing is to concentrate the cooking, have good ingredients and always create a saucer with heart. For the chef, Puebla 109 is an incredible space with a great atmosphere. A great place to converge art , design and cuisine.
