The Parque Biblioteca España designed by architect Giancarlo Mazzanti is built in the poor neighborhood of Santo Domingo, Spain. The construction was initiated by the city of Medellin residents to provide equal opportunities in economic and social development. The structure consists of three buildings which are joined together which are contained a library, a gallery, auditorium, training areas and administration. The property gives the appearance blackish brown mountain while inside the space invites people to study and read in a quiet atmosphere. Sunlight enters through skylights and from the terraces one can admire the panoramic view of the place.
