Based on the Energy Plan of Paris (EPP), the architect Vincent Callebaut has developed a project to reduce pollution produced every day, by the French capital; called 2050 Paris Smart City.
Although it needs to be approved and just over 35 years for its inauguration, Callebaut has renders of what it would be living in such a place. There can be appreciated eight prototype towers that have a specific function within the system: Mountain Towers, Antismog Towers, Photosynthesis Towers, Bamboo Nest Towers, Honeycomb Towers, Farmsscrapes Towers, Mangrove Towers and Bridge Towers.
Each structure within the project 2050 Paris Smart City, produces more energy than it consumes and in a friendly way with the environment. Thus, the ecological vision of French architect provides a healthier world reintegrating humans where they belong: nature.
