PANAMA BIOMUSEUM BY FRANK GEHRY

The Panama Biomuseum will open its doors soon. After have being built from 10 years, this place will finally be visited by audience. Created by the architect Frank Gery, the institution explore the diverse species of the region. The museum occupies 4,000 sq. meters and will show 8 permanent exhibitions, which were curated with the support of scientists. The 60 mdd project also has a space for temporary exhibitions, a public space, shops, cafés and a botanical garden. The museum offers views to the Panama Canal and the asymmetric design, added to the colorful exterior, make of this, a very attractive place for tourists and locals.
