OSCAR GUTIÉRREZ: MEXICAN AND MINIMALIST ARCHITECTURE

Located on the border between the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, and the beginning of the rural area, the house on Pino Street, designed by Mexican architect Oscar Gutierrez, aims to be a living and privacy space for a small family with an active social life. The house is divided into two levels with the aim of focusing the social areas on the ground floor and upstairs provide an open space that allows to appreciate the view from the location. The project, with a total area of 165 square meters, is divided into three sections in order to create parallel circuits between family life and social life, while generating a sense of openness, independence and privacy in each of the areas.
