Opus Motus is the new installation of Raffaello Galiotto together with Lithos Design. This project is the result of a study to see how the natural colors of stones were combined to be moved. The installation consists of 6 pieces having the shape of a giant palette feature 120 cm diameter, 2 cm thick and 200 cm high. When the colorful pieces are rotated by an electric system, the colors come together to form many interesting blends of color that seem to hypnotize viewers. Optical effects of these stone pieces is what makes this a very original installation.
