The Nordic cuisine adds another point in the galaxy of Michelin stars. The Swede Niklas Ekstedt has managed it to his restaurant Ekstedt in central Stockholm, a red star in the 2013 guide to the city, which now has eight stars. And in all, Sweden has awarded 15 establishments. This was achieved thanks to the gourmet kitchen through flames, ie, the chef does not cook with gas or electricity. All food is cooked on the grill: seafood, meats and vegetables. The characteristics of wood, iron power and touches of citrus or vinegar on foods are part of that special flavor of Niklas Ekstedt cooking  made on grill ​​which highlights amongst other.
