From a roof to the edge of the beach, visual artists Nahda and Speck create images and texts that, in tehir words, can be used to woo someone. Perro Zombie is a project that retakes the female photography with a more erotic and romantic touch to make viewers feel identified with the nostalgic feeling that human relationships are a little harder than we thought as children. They publish their series through a blog and social networking, which facilitates the approach and interaction with the viewers.
The style of their images and short texts are fresh, urban and innocent, in addition to carrying a heavy load of sensuality in the female figure, which is the protagonist. In Perro Zombie there are no professional models: Speck and Nadha have a very special ability to highlight the beauty of ordinary women; for them, there are not standards or perfect bodies. No image is uncomfortable or grotesque, by contrast, makes us imagine stories with characters we want to be or know.
