The restaurant Mikla opened its doors in 2005. At the beginning the idea was to created a refined but contemporary environment. Both, the menu and general style of the place reflected a Turkish-Skandinavian style. The chef and owner is Mehmet Gürs, who has been distinguish through the years in Istanbul gastronomic scene. Since 2012 he decided to give a chic touch to this place, creating dishes with a Mediterranean touch. Now, diners go to Milka by its marvelous kitchen, but also for the impressive view of the place.
