In the last season of Alexander McQueen house, the designer Sarah Burton used Elizabethan references. On this occasion, Burton chose textures like fur, feathers and raffia for season S/S 2014, making a real medieval feminine in the 21st-Century. By way of contrast, are added feathers dresses, necklaces and accessories like something out of an African tribe. Mondrian-references are present with stripes and graphics in black, white and red. It’s amazing how many stages of history can be translated into a set, we could say that is a pret a porter chronology.
If you could turn back time What epoch would like to belong?
