Marian Goodman Gallery in New York presents an exhibition of new works by four great artists: Dan Graham, Giuseppe Penone, Danh Vo and Jeff Wall. Dan Graham’s new piece Slice continues the artist’s research on the perceptual properties of a mirror with two fronts. With concave and convex sides and made of perforated stainless steel, the installation offers complex reflections which change as it is “walked” by the visitor.
Market Data: Marian Goodman Gallery represents a number of contemporary artists, including Gerhard Richter, who until 2012 kept the record selling most expensive work of art for a living artist, with “Abstraktes Bild” (809-4 ) acquired for $ 34.2 million.
