Located in the most attractive tourist area of the city of Rovinj, in a protected region of Monte Mulini forest, Lone Hotel is considered the first design hotel in Croatia for its proposal focused synergy of functionality, harmony and elegance. Steeped in beauty, style and cultural heritage, its concept was devised by a team of renowned Croatian creatives and a new generation of architects, conceptual artists and designers, both fashion and graphics. Its architecture and interior design and furniture, were expressly created to give the hotel a unique identity. Space is recognizable by its architecture, especially the facade defined by horizontal lines and terraces designed to evoke the decks of ships. Inside, the spaces are organized under a scheme Y and a lobby favoring vertical amplitude of rooms and bedrooms, the exterior views from different points and the connection between all levels. One of the main features of the hotel is the natural light and the reflection of the environment through panels and mirrors placed on walls. The conceptual design of the Lone are evidence of a typical architectural tradition of the Adriatic coast in the 20th-Century, characterized by the materials, functions, types and shapes.
The Lone Hotel has 236 rooms and 12 suites, designed specifically to enhance the panoramic views of the natural landscape, each with spacious terraces, walls of glass, without affecting the privacy and a playful disposition of mirrors. As for its cuisine, Lone offers three restaurants, each with its own design: “L”, offers a menu based on author dishes, “On”, the service combines cooking with a classic buffet and the “E “focused on Mediterranean cuisine. Also, guests can enjoy three bars and a nightclub: the classic Lobby Bar, the Vitality Bar with a variety of cocktails, the Conference Bar ideal for casual business and Lone Night Club.
