Kraftwerk is a cutting-edge musical project originated in 1970 in Germany essential in the electronic music scene. Their original members are Florian Schneider and Ralf Hütter, who met in Remscheid Academy in 1968. Later joined Basil Hammoudi, Butch Hauf and Alfred Mönicks and at different times in their history, joined other members as Fritz Hilper, Karl Bartos, Henning Schmitz and several percussionists. Kraftwerk was one of the first groups to use electronic instruments and processing the tone of voice with a vocal synthesizer to intensify. The sound of this band is definitely futuristic, simple but innovative and ahead of their time. The pioneers of electronic music have ventured into new technologies in their live. It was from October 2011 that presented a concert in Munich Lenbachhaus Gallery, entitled Kraftwerk 3.D. This is a 3D video installation, in which its musical show is accompanied by projected 3D images. After their last show in Mexico at Foro Sol in 2009, Mexicans await their return, now with this 3D display the next March 13, 14 and 15 2014.
