Kilian Schönberger is a young German photographer who works with the imagination and the concept of secret places. Schönberger is colorblind, and this peculiarity adds a creative advantage to his images. So, in stead of searching a tonal range, he works with patterns, for example, the ones present both, in a forest or in a city. In the series Brothers Grimm Homeland, Schönberger rescues the forest scenarios where occur some of the stories introduced by the brothers Grimm to the literature, permeating them with a traditional fairy tale atmosphere. Through this series, the spectator can follow the steps of Hansel and Gretel or Snow White.
