Located nine miles from the center of the city of Kayseri, Turkey, this ring of ice has been a hit with city dwellers. Designed by the firm BKA- BahadırKulArchitects, the place was built in relation to the ice and the outdoors, so it has high windows. Also, columns framing the entrance resemble trees in a snowy forest. The project proposes a generous playground and curved windows with tinted glasses that evoke the colorful atmosphere of the original Glaciarium. The interior cuenta con 10,000 square meters, and with means of transport such as car, minibus, bus and rail system. The Ring of Ice provides an opportunity for citizens to have a more sporting life.
