With fresh sounds that make us travel the universe, was born in the city of Xalapa Veracruz, The Jet Lights. 2010 was the year that this band composed of Oscar Cardel, guitar and vocals, Leo Carter, guitar, Enrique Sandoval, Bass and vocals and Juan Carlos Villa on drums, blew their first chords. The sound of The Jet Lights have great influences of alternative rock bands such as Kings of Leon, Stereophonics, Pink Floyd, Two Door Cinema Club and The Temper Trap, however, the sound of this band is unique. Upon hearing their songs, we found a original proposal, perfect for a roadtrip or just for walking the streets, listening “Supernova” background.
Recently they moved to Mexico City to pursue new horizons in their career, last Friday February 6, in the Multiforo 246, The Jet Lights shared with bands like Julie Doppler and Lundem. The next day, they took part in the final of the festival Rock in New York, where they shared the stage with consecrated groups as Reel Big and The Daniels.
