In De Wulf is an unusual restaurant, considered as one of the 100 best restaurants in the world. After studying contemporary cuisine and working in restaurants like Picasso and Oud Sluis, the chef Kobe Desramaults now presents in this restaurant a variety of traditional dishes of Belgian region. Some years ago, the mother of the chef transformed her house/farm in a small hotel and restaurant; soon later her son transformed this in an elegant and refined place, despite of being in the middle of the camp. It presents homy and seasonal meals, but elegant and original. In De Wulf is a restaurant that clearly reminds us that the best cuisine is homemade.
