In a religious and cultural context as Indonesia, where women are forbidden to show the hair in public, straightening or dyeing, fashion industry has struggled to get space by photographers like Ifan Haranto. He born in Semarang, Indonesia in 1987, and his career in photography started in 2010, by partnering with Anton Ismael, and create the studio Third Eye Space. His work has consisted in shown in different publications arond the world, including countries without any restriction on the dress of women. When he worka at home, emphasizes the faces and exploits the maximum use of color, getting images for a high fashion magazine, without forgetting respect for Islamic customs.
