Each small step we take in our daily lives has an impact on the world . Often that impact, unfortunately is not positive, it can sometimes be that our consumption habits and our lifestyle leave a heavy environmental footprint. You know what can you do to help the world? Here is a list of small things that generate a big change.

  1. Do you know that there are apps that let you share folders and documents online? Take advantage of the benefits of technology and help the planet by reducing the consumption of paper. Reduce your carbon footprint by avoiding, as your means, print the emails you receive.
  2. Flavoring commercial conceal odors and clogged nasal products with chemicals that diminish the sense of smell to kill the nerves. Try to avoid them and test natural flavoring as houseplants, keep your house ventilated, or baking soda to eliminate odors.
  3. Your refrigerator uses more energy than any other appliance in your home. To reduce its energy consumption can keep it between 3 and 5 °C, the freezer between -17 and -15 °C.
  4. Because we live in a “disposable society”, we constantly see the possibility to buy new items even when we can be reused or repaired. Try to give maximum use to your ítems.
  5. Promote the use of bicycles. Besides helping the planet, it helps to have a more relaxed working day.
