Architects Chaiki Yatsui, Bernardo Dias and Zhong Qiuying have designed what they call “Timescape”, a series of sculptures that would be placed in a natural park near to a river in Coimbra, Portugal. This project was conducted as a proposal for a college term paper. The sculptures seek to integrate into nature, so the textures and colors are very similar to the tone of the area where they are placed. On the other hand, the sculptures do not try to be totally fine, but show all the imperfections. The architecture and uncertain shapes make these very attractive pieces.
