The restaurant Gaya is one of the most recognized and fine dining bistro in Paris. The chef and owner Pierre Gagnaire, creditor of several star Michelin gourmet blends the best products and make a variety of fusion dishes, giving it a special touch to all his creations. The specialty of this restaurant is the fish, which is why the designer, Christian Ghion, one of the most famous designers in France, chose blue as the predominant color. To him was added touches of green reflecting aquamarine ocean color. One wall is all stainless steel, which gives the feeling of depth and breadth of a mirror. The original tables, made of Corian, are decorated with seaweed forms.
