Lauren Bowker studied fashion and chemistry, and is the creator of the ink The unseen air, whose ingredients change color when interacting with the heat. The artist began designing components of this material, while doing her Masters in Textiles. Her inspiration was the fragile condition of her spine, which kept her in and out of hospital.
The unseen air debuted at an event called Dead House. In it, the artist designed a large black headdress made with layers of handmade leather surrounding who occupies it.
The presentation was amazing: As the heat acting on the material and dispersed, were vibrant colors, of which the green and purple highlighted among others.
