Carl Warner is an English photographer born in 1963. In his series Foodscapes, he is inspired by mother nature, recreating landscapes with food and ingredients that make us salivate. Warner photograph landscapes in layers so during post-production, and to unite all the elements, these delicious scenes come alive. Carl begins to imagine and draw scenarios. Once he is satisfied with the design, along with his food stylist, decide what foods and ingredients use to “create” those imaginary places. So, he photographs each element in his London studio, recreating the effects of natural light, so that these landscapes look as real as possible.
