Yona Friedman is one of the most visionary architects and planners of the second half of the 20th-Century, her ideas have inspired planners, architects, designers and sociologists for decades. Her practice is from theoretical texts, lectures, films, animation, comics and urban models that serve as reference materials for space thinking. Architecture without continuous construction premise underlying all her work: invite the individual to think and act for herself in each of the situations of civic life, including the design of the spaces in which she develops. Proposes to architecture and urbanism as frameworks for human life and creativity should always be subordinated to the needs of the individual or corporation and not the other.
