When we think in fashion, we tend to imagine photo shoots or beautiful women parading on catwalks, however, there is a prelude to all this: the moment when the fashion designer conceives and executes his/her work on paper.
For this reason, we present Esra Roise, a Norwegian illustrator who lives in Oslo. She attended The Einar Granum School of Art, and The Academy of Arts of this city, where she graduated as visual communicator.
Rosie has risen to fame for portraying girls fashionably dressed, using pencils and watercolors. Because of the textures and effects she can achieve with these scarce resources, she has worked with companies such as VOGUE China, Stella McCartney, Levi’s, Nike, GQ, Volkswagen, Design Week mag, among others, and has exhibited in the USA, Brazil and UK.
