During the celebration of the 14th anniversary of the International Architecture Exhibition, in Venice, Emanuelle Moreaux presented her new project See Beyond Colors. In this installation, the artist centers in colors and in how they can build forms and architectonic structures. See Beyond Colors, is a series of cubes suspended in various heights with 36 different tones. The artists, who now lives in Tokyo, has invented the concept of “Shikiri”, which means “development of color areas”. Moreaux created this concept, because in her city, architecture and urban design are full of advertising, cables, cars and buildings, all of these elements build a network of shapes with pigments coloring the city.
