Today, still from the Santini family, Dal Pescatore is a cozy restaurant with Italian cuisine, led by Nadia Santini, deserving the award for Best Chef in the world 2013. The recipes have been passed from generation to generation, have been modernized yet forming a mixture of tradition and innovation achieving an independent style. The restaurant is colorful and rustic, large and spacious, with yellow walls, a fireplace, tables, chairs and tables far enough apart from each other. The beautiful garden, where one can also have lunch or dinner, has a spacious terrace that looks great at night with the light of elegant chandeliers. The house specialties are liver anchovies with butter, pasta with cheese and triangular as dessert sorbet three fruits.
