The restaurant-bar Centovini is a discreet place located in the Soho district of New York. Designed by the Soho Moss store and Nicola Marzovilla, owner of the Italian restaurant GramercyI Trulli. As its name implies, Centovini (100 wines) is not technically a restaurant, a small bar with over a hundred wines in its menue. Its long white marble bar displays the best wines. The walls are gray and black, and white leather stools add a touch of elegance and warmth. A series of handblown Italian lamps decorate the interior giving the sensation of light sculptures. Chef Patti Jackson, a famous veteran and lover of organic products, offers the best dishes of the area.
