Boa Mistura (Good Mix), is a Spanish collective formed by five artist who define themselves as “graffiti rockers”. One of their most interesting urban projects is located in Vila Brâsilandia, one of the favelas from São Paulo. The collective worked with the people from the area to paint some “aisles” of the favelas to decorated them with positive messages. Closely, these messages cannot be read easily, due their perspective, distance and angle, but when the spectator is in the right angle and distance, can read phrases such as Beleza (beauty) and Orgulho (pride). A positive project for the community.
