Public transportation should be not only useful but also enjoyable for users. In Moscow, Russia, have taken very seriously this idea, and elected United Riga Architects (U-R-A) to remodel Novoperedelkino, a subway station in the city, which is famous for its surrounding forests.
To preserve them, since they are part of the identity of Novoperedelkino, U-R-A represented by the intricate natural designs on metal panels 60 inches per side, which were cut by laser. Behind was placed LED lighting for a colorful effect and 3D. The result is a unique and beautiful composition. We leave you with some pictures.
