Aurora Robson is a Canadian artist who uses wasted plastic in her pieces. She cuts and paints each piece to create large installations, using even 20 thousand pieces for one of them. The artist explains that she feels more comfortable transforming than producing, she does not believe the world needs more objects, even if they are works of art. But she not only uses plastic, but also unwanted post mail, to create collages full of color. Robson is also an activist, and with a collective of artists, designers and architects, founded the project Vortex, which works with waste from the Trash Vortex, an artificial isle formed by tons of plastic.
