Located in the valley of Atxondo, a municipality in the province of Biscay, Basque Country, this place offers diners a traditional practice yet innovative cuisine. The atmosphere of the place is quiet, reflection of nature in the region. The products are seasonal and dishes created by chef Victor Arguinzoniz combine three elements: earth, sea and fire.
