Located in an area of 243 acres in Canyon Point, south Utah, and near the Arizona border, the Amangiri Resort is known as the “peaceful mountain” by offering guests an experience accommodation based on introspection, intimacy and contact with nature. Completely surrounded by Rocky Mountains, its architecture was specifically designed to integrate into the landscape through natural colors, materials and textures, its design is a result of collaboration between architects Marwan Al-Sayed, Wendell Burnette and Rick Joy. After a tour of 25 minutes’ drive from the nearest town, is a winding road that descends into the valley and leads to a central pavilion surrounded by a pool that welcomes guests. Within this space are the living room, gallery, library, private dining room and wine cellar. The hotel has thirty-four suites whose spaces have different distributions in order to provide varied sights, and twenty luxury villas designed under the principles of the Bauhaus.
