Spectacular is the word that defines the donut-shaped building, located on the banks of Rearl River in Guangzhou, China. The construction, inaugurated on December 16, 2013 impresses with its shape: a circle 50 meters in diameter, with 33 floors and a space in the middle that resembles a donut. Moreover, a detail that makes it even more impressive is that when reflected in the water of the river, the building creates the figure of the number 8, a lucky number in Chinese culture. Designed by Italian architect Joseph di Pasquale of architects AM Project, this iconic structure protects the corporate offices of Guangdong Hongda Xingye Group and Guangdong GDPE Plastic Exchange.
