ALTERNATIVE USE OF MONEY: ROBERT WECHSLER

The New Yorker, commissioned Robert Wechsler for creating geometric sculptures with coins of different denominations and countries. Using a saw for cutting metal and a lot of skill, Wechsler joined the pieces, making different shapes like fractals. He works with everyday objects enhancing the beauty hidden in them. With this work, generates the idea to reassess things, separating the apparent mundanity of life.
