Mexican architectural firm Grupo Sordo Madaleno joined forces and talent with the British practice Pascall + Watson to propose a new airport in Mexico City. Although the proposal did not win, it was, however, one of the most liked. The project reflects the importance of sustainability and responds to the needs of the society. The design was adapted to the available budget. Some of the objectives of this project were that passengers were comfortable in different terminals and that shops were well organized.
